8 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1/2 stick butter, melted
¼ cup maple syrup
2 cups oats

Skinny Peach Cobbler
I prefer organic, Georgia Peaches and I do not peel the fruit.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In an 8x 8 inch pan combine the following:
• 8 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp salt
In a measuring cup combine by stirring:
• 1/2 stick butter, melted
• ¼ cup maple syrup
• 2 cups oats
Spread oat/butter/maple syrup mixture over the peaches
Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes in the 375 degree oven. Serve warm or cold.
